BACON EGG BREAKFAST PIE, SPINACH BACON SWISS
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
4 eggs
Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper
4 slices Fryingpan Bacon, cooked
1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup spinach, roughly chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut puff pastry into squares on a baking sheet.
Score a border into each square and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Press down the center of each square. Add bacon, spinach, and cheese.
Crack an egg into each pie. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.
