Fryingpan Bacon | Elevated Cuts

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS W/BACON BALSAMIC

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 slice Fryingpan Bacon, diced
  • 1 tbsp oil or fat
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp good balsamic vinegar, reduced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sprouts with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary on a sheet pan. Add bacon.
  2. Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. Reduce balsamic vinegar until syrupy.
  4. Remove sprouts from oven once browned and bacon is rendered.
  5. Transfer to a dish and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve.
