ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS W/BACON BALSAMIC
Ingredients
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
1 slice Fryingpan Bacon, diced
1 tbsp oil or fat
2 tbsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp good balsamic vinegar, reduced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sprouts with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary on a sheet pan. Add bacon.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway.
Reduce balsamic vinegar until syrupy.
Remove sprouts from oven once browned and bacon is rendered.
Transfer to a dish and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve.
