Fryingpan Bacon | Elevated Cuts

BACON EGG BREAKFAST PIE, SPINACH BACON SWISS

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
  • 4 eggs
  • Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices Fryingpan Bacon, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup spinach, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut puff pastry into squares on a baking sheet.
  2. Score a border into each square and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Press down the center of each square. Add bacon, spinach, and cheese.
  4. Crack an egg into each pie. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.
