Ingredients

  • Popcorn seeds
  • 5 slices of Fryingpan Bacon
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

  1. Melt bacon fat in a pot.
  2. Add popcorn kernels and stir occasionally.
  3. Once popping slows, remove from heat.
  4. Transfer popcorn to a bowl and add grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
  5. Season with black pepper and serve.
